Making complex topics user-friendly
UX writing is challenging and fun, but when applied to an overly complicated, jargon-filled discipline… that’s where the real fun begins.
I LOVE taking complex ideas and shoving them into a 1-2 sentence tooltip.
“How can the client hear and understand the voice of the advisor in a few words?” is something I ask myself daily.
Everything is done with the client in mind. Currently working on a few very purposeful projects and would love to talk about them! (Unfortunately due to an NDA I am not able to showcase any of my current work here).

Not only do I write at Vanguard, but I am in a dual role of a content strategist.
I am also currently in a UX design mentorship learning design elements and completing a redesign of an existing Vanguard experience!
What can I say, I just love UX.
